Products that show signs of damage, misuse, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14–28 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
